From our Kitchen to your Heart
Nyonya Kitchen was founded out of a deep love for baking and a passion for preserving heritage through handmade treats β from traditional Peranakan cookies to beloved classics inspired by the diverse cultures of Southeast Asia and beyond, alongside modern cookies crafted for todayβs tastes.
I'm Bibik Wilma β a self-taught baker from a proud Peranakan family in Malacca, now based in Singapore. My family was among the earliest Chinese Peranakan settlers in Malacca, and the kitchen was the heart of our home. I learned to cook and bake from my grandma, mum, and aunt β strong, generous women who passed down not just recipes, but stories, traditions, and flavours.
Through Nyonya Kitchen, I bring those memories to life in every cookie I make β honouring the diverse culinary heritage that connects us all.
