🛒 Why can't I check out on the website?

Our online checkout is currently disabled.

As all our cookies are homemade and baked fresh upon order, we manage orders based on limited daily baking capacity.

To avoid overbooking and ensure every batch gets the care it deserves, we've temporarily disabled online checkout.

Instead, please WhatsApp us at +65 9671 3016 to check baking slot availability and place your order.
We’ll confirm your slot, assist with payment, and keep you updated every step of the way!

🕒 How long will my order take?

All our cookies are homemade and freshly baked upon order.

• Baking time: 2 to 4 working days

• Standard delivery: 3 to 4 working days after baking is complete (estimated)

• You’ll receive updates on your order status via WhatsApp

📦 Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer 3 delivery options:

• Standard Courier Delivery:
  🚚 Flat fee of $5
  ⏱️ Arrives 3–4 working days after baking (estimated)

• Express Same-Day Delivery:
  🚗 Via Grab or third-party rider
  💰 Price varies by distance — contact us for a quote

• Self-Collection (Recommended):
  📍 Blk 359C Admiralty Drive, Singapore
  🕰️ Pickup details will be confirmed once your cookies are ready

💥 Will the cookies arrive in perfect condition?

Our cookies are delicate and handmade. We pack them carefully, but breakage may occur during standard delivery.

To minimise this risk, we recommend:

• Choosing self-collection, or

• Opting for express same-day delivery via Grab (additional charges apply)

💳 How do I pay?

We accept PayNow.
Details will be sent once your baking slot is confirmed via WhatsApp.

🧾 Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. An e-invoice will be sent via WhatsApp within 24 hours after your payment is received.

Please keep it for your records. If you need a PDF version or printed copy, just let us know!

❌ Can I cancel my order?

Yes — but only before baking starts.

As our cookies are made-to-order and perishable, no cancellations, changes, or refunds can be made once baking has begun.

🔁 Do you accept returns or refunds?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• All sales are final

• No returns or refunds for change of mind, breakage during transit, or delivery delays

If there’s a serious issue (e.g., wrong item or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to help.

We understand that everyone has different preferences, and we’ll try our best to accommodate simple customisations — such as:
