Our online checkout is currently disabled.
As all our cookies are homemade and baked fresh upon order, we manage orders based on limited daily baking capacity.
To avoid overbooking and ensure every batch gets the care it deserves, we've temporarily disabled online checkout.
Instead, please WhatsApp us at +65 9671 3016 to check baking slot availability and place your order.
We’ll confirm your slot, assist with payment, and keep you updated every step of the way!

💥 Will the cookies arrive in perfect condition?
Our cookies are delicate and handmade. We pack them carefully, but breakage may occur during standard delivery.
To minimise this risk, we recommend:

💳 How do I pay?
We accept PayNow.
Details will be sent once your baking slot is confirmed via WhatsApp.

🧾 Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. An e-invoice will be sent via WhatsApp within 24 hours after your payment is received.
Please keep it for your records. If you need a PDF version or printed copy, just let us know!

❌ Can I cancel my order?
Yes — but only before baking starts.
As our cookies are made-to-order and perishable, no cancellations, changes, or refunds can be made once baking has begun.

🔁 Do you accept returns or refunds?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the perishable nature of our products:

No returns or refunds for change of mind, breakage during transit, or delivery delays
